The CIPS NSW Gala Dinner was held on Friday the 27th of November at the iconic Powerhouse Museum in the city of Sydney. CIPS Australia is the peak industry body for the procurement profession in Australia and New Zealand. The CIPS NSW Gala Dinner for Procurement Professionals was an evening of fine wine, food and entertainment to celebrate Christmas and the end of another successful year.

Bean Media were proud sponsors of this event, with each guest receiving a complimentary copy of Australia`s Best Manufacturing. The team received a tremendous amount of feedback for the magazines, as well as a number of top procurement professionals approaching the Bean Media staff , asking to be featured in upcoming publications. It was great to speak with senior managers from a cross section of major companies throughout Australia.

The highlight of the night was the announcement of the CIPSA NSW Scholarship 2009. Congratulations to Lisa McGhee from McPhersons Consumer Products who was this year`s winner -well done!
